RSL Psychotherapy Group is a growing private practice committed to providing high-quality, thoughtful mental health care. Our newly renovated office suite offers a calm and welcoming space for both clients and clinicians, designed to support meaningful therapeutic work. Position Overview:
RSL Psychotherapy Group is seeking a licensed Psychotherapist to join our practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who values working independently. We are especially interested in therapists who are drawn to depth-oriented work and who are motivated to develop their clinical thinking through ongoing learning and supervision. Candidates with an interest in psychodynamic or psychoanalytic psychotherapy are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior training, supervision, or clinical experience in psychodynamic approaches will be highly considered. This position is best suited for clinicians who are comfortable working beyond strictly skills-based interventions and who are interested in exploring deeper emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the psychological meaning behind patients' experiences. Clinical supervision is available as part of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual psychotherapy in a professional and supportive setting Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Engage in ongoing professional development and remain informed about current developments in psychotherapy
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active state licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Interest in psychodynamic or depth-oriented psychotherapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Please note: Applicants who are currently operating their own private practice or actively working within another group practice will not be considered.
