Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Licensed Psychologist (or provisionally-licensed psychologist) to join our mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide psychological services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, foster resilience, and achieve their personal goals. Duties Conduct mental health assessments and psychological testing to diagnose psychological conditions and neurodevelopmental disorders including, but not limited to, autism spectrum disorders and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Provide counseling sessions to support clients with trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and other areas of interest. Perform crisis intervention to effectively manage urgent mental health situations while ensuring client safety and well-being. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Skills Proficiency in mental health diagnostics, psychotherapy and psychological testing. Skilled in crisis intervention techniques for trauma-related disorders and emergency mental health responses. Telehealth therapy experience utilizing secure platforms for remote patient engagement. Knowledge of medical records management and adherence to HIPAA standards for patient privacy protection. Ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages while demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity. We receive a lot of requests for ASD and ADHD testing, so you have the opportunity to obtain a lot of testing experience here. We often obtain requests for psychotherapy as well. We accept most insurances in order to offer affordable services, but we have full administrative support that allows you to put most of your focus on clinical work.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
