Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students across multiple schools for the remainder of the academic year and beyond. As an experienced school psychologist, you will contribute your expertise within a collaborative team that values a holistic, workload-based approach to student support. This role is based at a central office near Richmond, TX, with assignments at two to three nearby schools, ensuring variety and engagement in your daily work. What you'll bring: Current School Psychologist licensure in Texas Experience providing psychoeducational evaluations, consultations, and intervention planning in school settings Strong understanding of special education processes, multi-tiered systems of support, and compliance with state mandates Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families Exceptional organizational and documentation skills Flexibility and commitment to support a range of student needs Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive student assessments, interpreting results, and preparing clear reports Participating in ARD/IEP meetings, contributing to eligibility determinations and service recommendations Delivering consultative support to school teams, promoting evidence-based interventions and problem-solving strategies Supporting the development of positive behavioral, social, and academic outcomes for students Coordinating with other school specialists while based primarily at the central office Utilizing a workload model to maximize student impact, not just manage paperwork A few highlights of this opportunity: Flexible hybrid schedule with at least one guaranteed remote day per week (with potential for more) Central office base, minimizing travel while supporting multiple campuses Assignment until late May 2027 for long-term continuity Dynamic, supportive environment emphasizing teamwork and professional growth Four positions available within an inclusive, collaborative district If you are passionate about facilitating student success and ready to bring your skills to an innovative district, apply today to take the next step in your school psychology career!
