Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid certification as a School Psychologist in Michigan (or ability to obtain) Experience or strong interest in K-12 school settings Comprehensive understanding of special education processes and compliance Familiarity with conducting evaluations, delivering counseling, and supporting IEP teams Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Not accepting applications for virtual/remote (VOCO) positions
Primary Responsibilities:
Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and emotional well-being Conduct psychoeducational assessments, develop intervention strategies, and facilitate IEP meetings Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention as needed Support positive school climates and consult with staff, students, and families Maintain documentation in accordance with school/district guidelines
