Category Schools - School Psychologist - Telehealth Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist providing telehealth services in the Summerville, SC area. This role focuses on supporting student mental health and educational development through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and timely intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students via telehealth. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment data. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student needs. Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed within a virtual environment. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience delivering psychological services through telehealth. Strong knowledge of educational psychology, child development, and behavioral assessment. Excellent communication skills for virtual consultation with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to work independently and manage caseload remotely.
