Benefits:

Weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), referral bonus program, paid sick time compliant with applicable laws, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) What You'll Do Conduct psychological assessments and screenings based on review of records and clinical interviews Collaborate with psychiatric, medical, nursing, and counseling teams to coordinate care Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans Make rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to monitor inmate mental health Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and confrontation avoidance strategies Assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs regularly Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and inmate progress What You Need Current licensure or board eligibility in psychology Prior experience with mental health assessment and treatment preferred Knowledge of psychological counseling techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and observational skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated mental health team serving a correctional facility in Clifton, Tennessee.
