$2,202 Requirements Active, unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state where the facility is located Minimum 2 years of experience as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Current BLS certification from AHA Valid driver's license Active, discipline-free professional license Must meet the facility's 70-mile distance requirement Responsibilities Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide mental health treatment, counseling, and crisis intervention Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and evaluation activities in healthcare records Interested?
