NCFWC is a fee-for-service outpatient practice providing individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric assessment and treatment, psychological testing, and neuromodulation to children, adolescents, and adults, with locations in Nashville and Franklin. We're building and growing our therapy team and are looking for a psychologist who can deliver evidence-based, individualized care, contribute to psychological assessment and testing, and help us build out our specialty programming. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to help shape a growing practice alongside a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team rather than practice in isolation. What You'll Do Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Work within one or more of the following modalities: CBT, DBT, PCIT, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, family-based therapy for anorexia/therapy for BN/BED, and behavioral management / parent coaching. Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments — cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and adaptive functioning — and prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports with treatment recommendations. Our Director of Therapy Clinical Services oversees the assessment program; this role provides additional testing capacity alongside her, not a standalone testing caseload. Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust care based on client progress. Collaborate closely with our psychiatry, therapy, and neuromodulation teams to deliver integrated, whole-person care. Opportunity to help build and grow specialty programming as our practice expands. Opportunity to supervise practicum students or post-doctoral fellows. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Licensed (or license-eligible) as a psychologist with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation in the state of Tennessee. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient or inpatient setting. Training and experience administering standardized psychological/psychoeducational testing preferred (cognitive, achievement, ADHD, autism spectrum, mood/anxiety). Training or strong interest in CBT, DBT, PCIT, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, therapy for eating disorders, and/or behavioral parent coaching — additional training can be provided. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, comprehensive testing reports. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team. Must meet state criminal background check requirements. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $85,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. Individual production bonus plus participation in clinic-wide profit sharing. 4 weeks paid vacation/personal time, plus 5 days paid sick leave and paid bereavement leave. 6 weeks paid parental leave after 12 months of continuous employment. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with employer matching. Employer-paid malpractice insurance. Annual continuing education stipend and paid CE days. Administrative and marketing support — we handle scheduling, billing, and referrals so you can focus on clinical care. A genuinely collaborative multi-disciplinary team spanning psychiatry, therapy, and neuromodulation.
