Do:
Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmates based on records and interviews Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and security staff Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on inmate needs Perform rounds in segregation and confined housing areas to assess mental health status Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention interventions as needed Offer consultation to other staff regarding inmate behavioral escalation and mental health issues
What You Need:
Current or pending licensure/board eligibility in Tennessee BLS certification or in process (meeting CoreCivic standards) Prior experience in mental health assessment and treatment Strong communication and teamwork skills About the
