Qualifications and Experience:
Active School Psychologist licensure in Texas is required Previous experience in educational environments is highly preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and advocacy skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families Comfortable working with a dynamic workload across multiple locations Adaptable, organized, and committed to best practices in student support
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive psychological services to 2-3 school sites, utilizing a supportive workload model Conduct assessments and interpret results for academic, social, and emotional development Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student interventions Offer expertise in eligibility, intervention planning, and behavioral strategies Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Provide consultations to staff and families, enhancing student access to resources
