In this rewarding, full-time contract role, you'll provide in-person services Monday through Friday, making a meaningful impact from August through June. Key Qualifications:
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field Valid and current School Psychologist credential Experience in a school setting (preferred, but not required) Strong assessment, evaluation, and counseling skills Ability to work onsite and engage with students, staff, and families in person Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration abilities Familiarity with state and federal special education laws and regulations
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to support special education eligibility and intervention planning Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans Offer consultative support to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student learning and behavior Contribute to the development of behavioral intervention plans and crisis response protocols Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives within the school Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements This opportunity gives you a predictable schedule, the chance to work closely with a supportive professional community, and the satisfaction of helping students reach their full potential throughout the school year.
