9682459-24586 Job Description Make a direct impact on students communication skills by working with K-12 students within a collaborative school environment. This contract position supports learners across the district, offering variety in your caseload and the opportunity to travel between multiple sites as needed. Starting as soon as possible and running through the end of the school year in May 2027, youll work a consistent full-time schedule of 35+ hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Virginia Experienced with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or school-based SLP settings Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Dedicated to fostering growth for students of diverse backgrounds Comfortable traveling to multiple district sites as assigned

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessments and interventions to students across K-12 grades Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district documentation requirements Adapt services as needed to meet students evolving needs in multiple settings This opportunity offers competitive weekly pay reflective of your specialized skills and commitment.
