The position is currently structured for 28 hours per week (.7 FTE), with the possibility to expand to full-time based on school needs. In this position, you'll primarily deliver counseling services—working with small groups and individuals—while also providing comprehensive school support. From assessing student needs to collaborating with multidisciplinary staff, your expertise will help foster a positive learning environment and promote student well-being.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current certification or license as a School Psychologist in Vermont Background working with elementary-aged students Experience in counseling, small-group facilitation, and 1:1 student support Strong communication and collaboration abilities An ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of multiple school sites
