Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Vermont or eligibility to obtain Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for assisting students with diverse developmental needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Document interventions and progress according to school district requirements Participate in IEP meetings and provide related services as needed Foster independence and functional skills in daily school activities
