You'll work closely with students, educators, families, CBTs, and other professionals while receiving support from experienced clinical leadership. If you're a LABA... Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off and paid sick time Professional development and continuing education support Up to 25% of work hours may be done from home What you'll do (depending on your credential and scope of practice): Collaborate with teachers, families, school teams, and students Help 5-8 students participate more successfully in school and build meaningful skills Develop, oversee, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans Conduct behavioral assessments and make individualized clinical recommendations Analyze data and use it to guide your clinical decision-making Provide clinical guidance, training, and support to CBTs Provide behavioral consultation to school professionals Help students overcome barriers to learning using positive, respectful, evidence-based behavioral strategies Use assent-based and trauma-informed practices that prioritize dignity, autonomy, safety, and connection Support consistency and quality across student services Continue developing your clinical, consultation, leadership, and supervisory skills Required Qualifications You must have one of the following: Active BCBA certification AND Washington State LBA credential, or Active Washington State LABA credential You must also have: Experience developing and implementing behavior support or treatment plans for children with autism or related developmental disabilities Strong clinical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills A compassionate, team-oriented approach Reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete required background checks Preferred Qualifications We'd especially like to hear from candidates with: At least one year of BCBA/LBA or LABA experience School-based behavior analysis experience Experience training, mentoring, supervising, or supporting behavior technicians Knowledge of Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) Knowledge of Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) Experience with assent-based, trauma-informed, and compassionate behavioral practices About MindSource Center MindSource Center, PLLC is a clinician-owned neurodevelopmental specialty practice serving South King County.
