Qualifications:

Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology Current state certification or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, assessment, and counseling skills Commitment to equity and student advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop student support plans Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs Support Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) initiatives Help create a safe and positive learning environment
