Work closely with a skilled team in a dynamic clinical environment, assisting in the delivery of top-quality radiation treatment to patients in need.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime shifts (5x8's) 40 hours per week
Key Qualifications:
Certification and registration as a Radiation Therapist Experience operating Varian Truebeam and GE Discovery preferred Strong knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and protocols Ability to manage a daily patient load of 22-24 individuals Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer precise radiation therapy using advanced equipment, including Varian Truebeam and GE Discovery Accurately interpret and follow treatment plans developed by physicians Support patients throughout their treatment process, explaining procedures and addressing concerns Monitor responses to therapy and report clinical changes to the medical team Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure all safety and quality assurance protocols are observed during treatment delivery This position offers an outstanding opportunity to hone your technical expertise while making a direct difference in patient outcomes.
