1 Description American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with 1-3 years of clinical experience across all modalities for a hospital-based oncology role. Details Hospital-based Radiation Oncology department Monday through Friday day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Requirements Graduate of an approved radiation therapy technology program 1-3 years of clinical experience in all modalities as a radiation therapist Experience at a comparable facility size, including 500+ bed count experience for large academic centers License required if applicable Active licensure required for consideration One professional reference required for consideration Additional Information Assist in tumor localization, treatment planning, and delivery of prescribed radiation doses Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the radiation oncology team Coordinate with other healthcare providers such as social workers and dieticians Local candidates accepted at the same rate for most locations
