Job Description

Category Radiation Therapy Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional patient care in radiation therapy. This contract role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced radiation therapist to work in a supportive environment with advanced technology and a dedicated team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm No weekends or on-call shifts 5 days per week
Qualifications:
ARRT (T) certification required BLS certification required Minimum of 2 years' radiation therapy experience Familiarity with Varian and Aria systems preferred Experience operating True Beam linear accelerators is a strong plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate and compassionate radiation treatments to patients under physician direction Operate advanced radiation therapy equipment, including True Beams Collaborate with a small team of fellow radiation therapists to ensure efficiency and patient safety Prepare and position patients for therapy sessions while prioritizing comfort and compliance Accurately document all procedures and maintain complete records in accordance with clinical protocols Monitor patients for side effects or complications during therapies, notifying clinical staff as needed Uphold strict safety standards and infection control procedures
