Job Description

Category Radiation Therapy Job Type Contract Deliver expert care and play a key role in patient treatment by providing advanced radiation therapy in a collaborative clinical environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Radiation Therapist with significant hands-on experience and a commitment to patient safety and outcomes.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM 5 shifts per week No on-call or weekend shifts
Qualifications:
Current ARRT (T) certification and active BLS required At least 2 years of professional experience as a Radiation Therapist Prior experience working with Varian systems and Aria software is highly preferred Strong knowledge of operating True Beams in a clinical setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Responsibilities:
Administer radiation treatments in accordance with physician directives, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety Operate True Beam linear accelerators and utilize Varian/Aria systems for treatment planning and record-keeping Ensure precise setup and positioning for all patients, adapting to individual patient needs Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Maintain detailed documentation and uphold all quality assurance protocols Foster a compassionate, supportive environment for patients throughout the treatment process
