Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10s days)

Qualifications:

Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required Demonstrated proficiency with advanced radiation therapy equipment and protocols Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong communication and collaborative skills Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

Administer radiation therapy following physician instructions and individualized treatment plans Operate, adjust, and maintain radiation therapy equipment; manage computer data entry and dosage regulation Prepare and position patients, constructing immobilization devices as prescribed Collaborate with physicians, radiation oncologists, and other specialists to design and deliver effective treatment protocols Maintain thorough patient and treatment records, ensuring documentation of dosages, settings, and patient responses Perform complex treatment modalities, including total body irradiation, stereotactic radiosurgery, and brachytherapy Ensure all safety and quality assurance standards are met per regulatory guidelines Mentor and instruct student radiation therapists during clinical rotations
