Qualifications/Desired Experience:

ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Prior experience delivering IGRT and SBRT preferred Familiarity with MOSAIQ EMR and CT Simulation Working knowledge of radiation protection standards and emergency procedures Ability to construct immobilization devices and electron/cerrobend blocks Strong communication, training, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver radiation therapy accurately, operating treatment units with minimal supervision Maintain patient communication during treatments; ensure proper QA on LINAC and CT equipment Perform IGRT, SBRT, and portal imaging as required CT/Simulate patients following department and site protocols, including construction of necessary support devices Train other therapists in simulation, QA, and SBRT techniques as a lead resource Manage all aspects of MOSAIQ for patient care, including treatment schedules and documentation Uphold all departmental safety, ALARA radiation protection, and proper equipment usage standards Maintain comprehensive and accurate treatment and procedure records
