Qualifications & Experience:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required Valid Ohio state license (or eligibility to obtain before start) Previous clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred Strong patient communication skills and a detail-oriented approach Ability to operate a variety of radiation therapy equipment safely and efficiently Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Administering prescribed radiation treatments to patients accurately and compassionately Collaborating with physicians, dosimetrists, and other staff to plan and deliver treatments Monitoring patients for side effects and responding appropriately Maintaining detailed treatment records and ensuring compliance with safety standards Educating patients and families about the treatment process and aftercare
