Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification and registration as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) Active state license for Virginia or eligibility to obtain Clinical experience delivering external beam radiation therapy Proficiency with advanced radiologic technology and treatment planning systems Commitment to compassionate patient care, safety protocols, and collaborative teamwork Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced clinical settings

Administer radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and established protocols Ensure accurate patient positioning, operate specialized equipment, and monitor patient reactions Collaborate closely with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff for optimal clinical outcomes Document treatment delivery, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and support quality assurance efforts
