Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Graduate of accredited AMA school of Radiologic Technology. Experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for obtaining Radiographic Images of diagnostic quality while adhering to departmental standards and protocols. Maintains a high quality standard of Imaging excellence in all areas of the radiology department. Collaborates with other professionals in and out of the Hospital to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs. Operate x-ray machine according to established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort. Follow relevant safety and sanitation guidelines. Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
