University Hospital | Radiology Administration-JM Scope/Position Summary The Radiology student assistant assists the technical staff, clerical staff, physicians, patients, and visitors within the Department of Radiology with patient care and transportation, clerical functions, inventory control, image processor and environmental service activities. The radiology student assistant is assigned to all areas of the imaging department. Minimum Qualifications Enrolled as a student in a radiologic technology program or health related field of study. Has worked six months as a student intern within the department. Has knowledge of basic patient care techniques, demonstrated through division competencies within all divisions of the radiology department. Meets mandatory education and health surveillance requirements. Demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, clerical, and cognitive skills required to meet the essential job functions.Additional Information:
