Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. In this contract opportunity, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and collaborating with medical professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
Current certification or registry as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MR or equivalent) Experience operating MRI equipment in a hospital or clinical setting Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining image quality Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare staff Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
Operate MRI scanners according to established protocols and physician orders Position patients appropriately for imaging procedures while maintaining comfort and safety Prepare and administer contrast media as required Monitor patients during scans to ensure safety and address any concerns Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the medical record system Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with imaging equipment Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, infection control standards, and safety measures This role is ideal for professionals passionate about patient care and eager to further develop their imaging skills in a supportive healthcare environment.
