•Special Procedures for a day shift assignment requiring 2+ years of experience. Details Special Procedures Cardiac unit setting Day shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 13-week assignment length Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in IR Special Procedures Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the specialty being submitted Active license required at time of consideration, if applicable No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal documentation is provided Valid U.S. Social Security Number required No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months Additional Information Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed but must be made up during the assignment Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced bill rate Local contract staff within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius
