Job Description
Mammography Technologist III — Near Cathedral City, California We are looking for an experienced senior Mammography Technologist to join a permanent full-time team at a Magnet-recognized health system in the Coachella Valley. This is a day shift position with an advanced dedicated breast program — the scope goes well beyond screening. In this role you will perform screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and DEXA exams, assist with stereotactic and ultrasound-guided core biopsies, breast localizations, and contrast-enhanced spectral mammography, and own QA/QC responsibilities across mammography, ultrasound, DEXA and biopsy equipment. You will also train and mentor other mammography technologists and present findings to radiologists using appropriate medical terminology. Pay ranges from $47.46 to $72.10 per hour based on your experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified external hires.
