Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Step into a vital imaging role where your expertise in CT and X-ray will make a significant difference. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks, inviting skilled professionals to work with advanced technologies and collaborate within a supportive clinical setting.
Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour evening shifts: 12:00pm - 11:30pm, Friday through Monday On-call responsibility from 11:30pm to 4:00am
Qualifications:
Certification with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Valid CA Radiologic Technologist license Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Fluoroscopy and IV certification Proficiency in operating Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner Solid experience in both CT and X-ray procedures Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive CT and X-ray imaging examinations, producing high-quality diagnostic results Operate Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner with efficiency and technical proficiency Manage patient preparation, positioning, and safety throughout all radiologic procedures Maintain accurate records and documentation in adherence to regulatory guidelines Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in on-call rotation, responding attentively to after-hours imaging requests
