The Interventional Radiologic Technologist will support a high-volume department known for efficiency, safety, and exceptional patient outcomes. Equipped with modern fluoroscopy suites and leading-edge imaging platforms, the hospital empowers the Interventional Radiology Technologist to deliver precise, high-quality images for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The Interventional Radiology Technologist reports directly to an experienced Imaging Services Manager and collaborates closely with board-certified interventional radiologists and cardiologists. Working alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals, the Interventional Imaging Specialist performs routine and specialized interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images. The IR Rad Tech exercises sound clinical judgment, works independently, and ensures safe, precise execution of procedures while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include patient assessment, attentive monitoring, effective communication with patients and support systems. 🤝
