Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Step into an advanced imaging setting where your skills in CT, X-ray, and PET/CT make a daily difference for patients and care teams alike. This rewarding contract opportunity is tailored for an experienced Imaging Technologist eager to work Monday through Friday with steady 8-hour day shifts and occasional shared call responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications:
Proficient in CT and X-ray modalities; PET/CT experience strongly valued Valid California license and current BLS certification required Recent fluoroscopy certificate highly desirable Completion of a negative TB test within 12 months prior to the contract start date Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Reliable, professional, and able to thrive within a fast-paced clinical environment
Schedule/Hours:
Monday - Friday 8-hour day shifts Occasional shared call Contract opportunity
Role Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and high-quality CT, X-ray, and PET/CT scans for diverse patient populations Adhere to safety, regulatory, and infection control standards across imaging activities Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient diagnostic processes Maintain patient comfort, education, and confidential records at all times Respond promptly to on-call needs and urgent imaging studies as required
