Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Experienced ICU Registered Nurses are needed to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic critical care environment. This role offers a contract opportunity where you will support patients with complex needs, working alongside skilled healthcare professionals.
Schedule:
3x12-hour night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) 36 hours per week guaranteed
Qualifications:
Active California RN license Minimum of 1 year recent ICU/critical care nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Proof of a negative TB screen within 12 months prior to contract start
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients Perform continuous assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications accurately Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and execute life-saving interventions when necessary Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and respiratory therapists Educate patients and their families on care plans and treatment options Accurately document all patient care activities in accordance with hospital standards Maintain adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines
