Job Description

Join a dynamic healthcare provider in Aspen, Colorado as a Full Time Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-Ray. This role is designed for those passionate about delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures following physician orders. Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain optimal radiographic images. Operate and maintain digital radiography equipment and imaging systems. Ensure patient safety by following radiation protection and safety protocols. Review images for clarity and diagnostic quality prior to submission to the radiologist. Accurately document procedures and patient information in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to support patient diagnosis and care. Maintain imaging equipment and report any maintenance or calibration needs. Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication throughout the imaging process. Follow department policies, regulatory guidelines, and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - Radiography (R) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques. Commitment to patient safety and high-quality diagnostic imaging. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
