Located near Bethel, CT, you'll collaborate closely with educators and support staff to ensure the student thrives both academically and socially.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges, preferably in a school or middle school setting Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Proven ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and empathy Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one behavioral support and interventions tailored to the student's needs Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Collect and record data on student progress and behavior throughout the school day Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies in the classroom Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the student's academic and social growth In recognition of your experience and dedication, this position offers competitive pay, ranging from $25 to $29 per hour based on experience.
