9656278-06606 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a full-time contract assignment. Work one-on-one with children to make a lasting impact in their academic and behavioral development. This position is available for an immediate start and runs through October 30, with the potential for extension. Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience as an RBT, preferably in school or pediatric settings Strong ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with children, educators, and families Passion for working with elementary-aged students in 1:1 settings Capable of maintaining detailed records and maintaining confidentiality at all times

Role Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 with assigned elementary student(s) to implement behavior intervention strategies Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral goals daily Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff Follow individualized education and behavioral plans with consistency and compassion Adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of each child Participate in staff meetings, training, and regular check-ins with supervising
