Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting young learners in dedicated Autism Program classrooms. This full-time, on-site role focuses on providing specialized behavioral support to children ages 5-6 with significant Autism Spectrum Disorder needs. As an integral part of a collaborative environment, you'll help bridge the gap in services during a critical transition period.
What Were Looking For:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or experience as a Paraprofessional in Autism Program Classrooms Proven expertise working with children with severe ASD, especially in an educational setting Comfort assisting with toileting procedures and changing diapers as needed Reliable and compassionate approach, able to adapt to specialized classroom demands Commitment to working the full assignment, from start date through end of
October Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral support and intervention under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and classroom teachers Foster a supportive, structured environment tailored to individual student needs Assist with daily living skills, classroom participation, and social-emotional development Maintain accurate data records and collaborate with education and therapy teams Provide respectful personal care, including toileting and hygiene routines Ensure safety and well-being of every student during all activities Why Apply Now?
