In this important role, you will work closely with students facing behavioral challenges, providing dedicated 1:1 support and utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster growth and success in an educational environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to build rapport with middle school-aged students Strong interpersonal, communication, and observation skills Patience, empathy, and commitment to positive behavior support
Key Responsibilities:
