Qualifications:

Active RBT credential accredited by the BACB (no expired or pending credentials accepted) Previous experience in schools or with children/adolescents strongly preferred Strong commitment to working in diverse and inclusive educational settings Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to provide support both 1:1 and in classroom environments

Key Details & Responsibilities:

Contract dates: September 21, 2026 June 11, 2027

Hours:

6.5 8 hours per day, Monday through

Friday Caseload:

Primarily K-8, supporting either individual students or groups Wednesdays include a required 1.5-hour after-school supervision session Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions as part of the educational team Collect data on student progress and participate in ongoing training and supervision Earn $28+ per hour and enjoy weekly pay as you make a direct impact in students lives.
