MD Now Urgent Care is seeking an experienced X-Ray Tech to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. In this role, you will perform outpatient radiologic exams, accurately position patients, and ensure adherence to radiation safety standards. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff, support efficient patient flow, and document all procedures in our EMR. Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams for urgent care patients following MD Now protocols Verify patient identity, review orders, and explain procedures to ensure safety and comfort Apply radiation safety standards and maintain equipment in proper working condition Support providers and clinical team with basic patient care tasks as needed Accurately document procedures and images in the EMR system Maintain exam rooms and imaging areas in a clean, compliant, and ready state Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment Participate in ongoing quality improvement, safety, and training initiatives Required Skills Radiologic imaging (X-ray) Patient positioning and safety Radiation safety and ALARA principles Use of digital radiography systems Image quality assurance EHR/EMR documentation Infection control Venipuncture/basic phlebotomy (preferred) Basic life support (BLS) Workflow management in urgent care
