HCA Healthcare seeks a Multimodality CT MRI Technologist (PRN) to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced hospital environment. In this role, you will perform CT and MRI exams, accurately position patients, follow imaging protocols, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure. You will collaborate closely with radiologists and care teams, maintain equipment and documentation, and comply with all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Perform CT and MRI imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients for multimodality exams, ensuring comfort and safety Operate and troubleshoot CT and MRI equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images Verify patient identity, review medical history, and screen for contraindications to imaging Administer contrast agents as directed and monitor patients for adverse reactions Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnoses Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and documentation in electronic systems Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and regulatory standards at all times Educate patients and families on procedures, expectations, and post-exam instructions Support department workflow by flexibly covering PRN shifts, days, nights, and weekends Required Skills Computed tomography (CT) imaging Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) Patient positioning and immobilization Radiologic safety and radiation protection Contrast media administration and IV access PACS and RIS/EHR systems Anatomy and cross-sectional imaging knowledge Infection control and patient safety protocols Equipment operation and basic troubleshooting Emergency response and patient monitoring
