Job Description:
Work Schedule:
Full Time, Monday, Thursday, Friday 12-hour shifts. One late evening required. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, team members, and others of diverse backgrounds. Moves, positions, and manipulates radiographic equipment to complete requested procedures safely. Performs direct patient care duties within the technologist's scope of practice, including monitoring patient condition, transporting patient, and using proper infection control techniques. Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Previous Radiologic Technologist Experience [Preferred]
  • Ability to analyze and assess data, techniques, methodology, equipment operation, and quality control to ensure that information is obtained and presented accurately
  • Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and equipment operations, including x-ray producing equipment, if applicable per facility
  • Patient care skills to care for Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations
  • Must be able to independently perform radiographic procedures to departmental standards
  • Maintain responsibility for all required registries and licenses to perform
Diagnostic Imaging Education:
  • Associate [Preferred]
  • Bachelor's [Preferred]
  • High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
  • 1+ year experience preferably in radiology or a new graduate of accredited radiologic technology program
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Registered Technologist
  • Radiography (RT(R) (ARRT))[Required]
  • Basic Life Support
  • CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
Pay Range:
$20.60
  • $38.
