Key duties include maintaining equipment, documenting procedures, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and adhering to radiation safety standards. Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures clearly Follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment Accurately document patient information and imaging details Work closely with radiologists and healthcare team members Adapt to different CT protocols and equipment across facilities Perform additional duties within the scope of practice Qualifications include: At least one year of recent CT technologist experience Valid Radiology license per state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred qualifications: ARRT certification and additional licenses as required.
