Job Description
1. Knows and properly applies the principles of aseptic technique and exposure control plan 2. Is knowledgeable in the care handling and usage of instruments, equipment, and supplies. Has radiation protection/lead shielding accessible for use by doctors and personnel. 3. Follows the surgeon's preference for technique and positioning. 4. Understands anatomy related to pain clinic and operative procedures and utilizes this knowledge in meeting the surgeon and patient needs 5. Actively participates in QI projects. Contribute ideas for improvement. Identifies issues & assists in the collection of data for the QI plan. Communicates quality improvement findings with peers and incorporates findings into practice to promote positive outcomes
