Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures with attention to safety and quality standards Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive patient care Prepare and maintain imaging equipment; ensure timely setup and assistance during procedures Accurately document patient information and procedural data Adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines at all times Respond effectively to emergencies during procedures and contribute to a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT (R) certification; additional IR (VI) certification preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field State licensure eligibility in Iowa Minimum one year of recent interventional radiology experience Strong communication and organizational skills BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
