$50.41 - $68.20 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role: Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments, create 24/7 work schedules, and manage staffing levels. Train, coach, and evaluate staff on performance expectations, and provide input for hiring and termination procedures. Coordinate patient care with the team to ensure efficient delivery and optimal outcomes, including performing technologist duties as needed. Assist with quality control testing, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics. Maintain adequate supply levels, perform quarterly audits of supply closets, and adjust stock as needed. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education:
