Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Elevate patient care with your expertise in diagnostic imaging by providing critical support as a CT/X-Ray technologist on a 13-week assignment. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals committed to delivering accurate imaging and compassionate service in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule:
4 shifts per week 10-hour shifts: 11:00am to 10:30pm (Mids)
Qualifications:
Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Valid Kansas state license for radiologic technologists Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Prior experience working with CT and X-Ray imaging equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols Ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnoses while prioritizing patient comfort and safety Prepare and position patients for imaging, explaining procedures to alleviate concerns Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, troubleshooting as needed Document and report results in the electronic medical records system Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care plans Follow safety and infection control standards at all times If you are a detail-oriented CT/X-Ray technologist looking for the next step in your career, this contract position offers a fulfilling way to contribute your skills.
