Qualifications:
Certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent). Active and unrestricted license to practice in Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain prior to start). Minimum 1 year of recent IR Tech experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Proficiency in vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures. Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures. Assist physicians with image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation. Follow infection control, safety standards, and compliance guidelines consistently.
