Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Radiology and X-ray Technologist to contribute expertise in a high-acuity Level II Trauma Center. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional ready to deliver quality imaging services and collaborate within a dynamic clinical team.
Schedule/Hours:
Three 12-hour shifts per week: 7:00pm-7:30am and/or 11:00pm-11:30am Every other weekend rotation Block scheduling is not available
Qualifications:
At least one year of recent experience in radiology technology or X-ray imaging BLS and CT certifications required Prior experience performing a variety of radiology procedures is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and protocol adherence, especially in trauma scenarios Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality diagnostic images supporting accurate patient diagnosis and care Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with policy and procedure Respond promptly to trauma activations and emergent situations as part of the imaging team Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Properly document and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards Maintain a safe, sanitary environment in the imaging suite Continually update technical skills through training and educational opportunities
