This is a full-time position for a candidate who is flexible, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment. The ideal candidate must have a valid X-ray technician certification and be willing to support both imaging and front-line clinical tasks as needed. Responsibilities Perform X-ray imaging in accordance with provider orders and clinical protocols Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process Ensure proper imaging quality and patient safety Assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed, including: Rooming patients Taking vital signs Updating patient charts Assisting providers with exams and procedures Basic clinical support and patient intake Maintain equipment and report any issues appropriately Follow HIPAA, safety, and infection control procedures Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff Qualifications Active X-ray technician certification required Experience in a medical office, urgent care, or outpatient setting preferred Ability to assist with MA responsibilities when needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented Comfortable working full-time in a fast-paced practice Compensation Salary range of app. $24-$32 per hour , depending on certification and experience.
